Well i listened to all you guys out there in my forum and my blog and now all those wishes have been granted!
Dynamic Dedicated Servers (DDS) are Dedicated Servers based upon Virtuozzo™ Containers by Parallels™ - to create Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS). A Dedicated Server deployed upon Virtuozzo™ has many advantages a conventional Dedicated Server... which is why we refer to our Dedicated Servers as "Dynamic".
Virtuozzo™ as a Dedicated Server foundation allows access to features and capabilities otherwise unavailable (or difficult) with a conventional Dedicated Server.
What are "Dynamic" Dedicated Servers?

Basically JPstream offers three primary levels of hosting services: Shared Hosting; Virtual Hosting (VPS); and Dynamic Dedicated Servers (DDS)... with DDS (Dynamic Dedicated Servers) being the top-tier.
Our Dedicated (DDS) and Virtual (VPS) services are very similar in deployment, as both make use of Virtuozzo™ Containers (OS Virtualization Technology). However there are a few VERY important differences between the two service levels that will form the basis of determining which is best for you.
A Dynamic Dedicated Server (DDS) is the physical hardware / server upon which resides one (or more) Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS), which is made possible by Virtuozzo™. Customers ordering a DDS Plan are able to select the level and specific features of their server, to meet their anticipated needs.
Thus with Dedicated (DDS), you have your own Dedicated Server; however for many beneficial reasons detailed below, we deploy a single VPS instance onto the server that then gets 100% of the server's resources – and we call this a "Dynamic" Dedicated Server!
What's the Difference Between Dedicated (DDS) and Virtual (VPS)?
High Performance with all of the benefits of Virtualization
With Virtual (VPS) – (see Virtual Overview for full details) – your VPS instance resides on a server of OUR choosing and shares the resources of that server (i.e. CPU, Memory, Disk Space, etc.), with several other VPS instances running on the same server. This works fine for the needs of most; however if your needs are such that you require a greater amount of the servers resources (Memory and/or Disk Space for example), than can be provided to any one VPS and still support the needs of the other VPS instances on the server; and/or you need 100% of a server's resources (CPU for example), then our Virtual (VPS) service may not be ideal to meet your needs.
This is where Dedicated (DDS) comes in to fill the need! With Dedicated (DDS), when you are ordering your desired DDS Plan, YOU are able to select the level of server that you need along with the specific resources... instead of OUR doing so on your behalf as is the case with Virtual (VPS).
Then we deploy onto your Dedicated Server a single Virtuozzo VPS instance to which 100% of the server's resources are allocated. Unlike with Virtual (VPS), there are no other VPS instances present and thus sharing the resources of the server besides that of your own! Your sole VPS instance has 100% of the CPU, 100% of the Memory, 100% of the Disk Space, etc. We call this DDS for "Dynamic" Dedicated Server; which can provide you with far greater server resource levels than Virtual (VPS) while still giving you all of the benefits of Virtuozzo – (expand the sections below for more information).

Ease of Administration:
VPS customers are able to administer and monitor their VPS from: Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP), and Plesk. Our VPS based method of Dedicated Server deployment allows DDS customers the same powerful administration tools, without the need to learn new interfaces when upgrading from VPS to DDS.
Ease of Upgrade:
Many customers start out with a VPS and as the success of their web site(s) cause an increase in server resource usage, they may ultimately reach a point where they wish to upgrade to a Dedicated Server. Our VPS based method of Dedicated Server deployment allows VPS customers to easily upgrade to DDS by simply placing an upgrade order for the desired Dedicated Server, to which we then "push" (i.e. migrate) their existing VPS and allocate 100% of the new server's resources to the VPS that is now running on its own Dedicated Server – and it all takes place with less than 60 seconds of downtime!
Ease of Recovery:
What happens when (not if) a Dedicated Server as offered by most other hosting providers suffers a fatal crash that requires hardware / component replacement and/or an OS re-installation? If the provider is truly on top of their game, they likely have replacement components or additional hardware on hand, 24/7 on-site vendor support, as well as, reliable server backups. But even in such cases it could take several hours (or longer) to repair or replace the hardware and restore from backup... and you would be surprised how many hosts are not that well prepared to be able to do either! Our VPS based method of Dedicated Server deployment does not require that we concern ourselves with the hardware or OS of the failed server until AFTER you are already back up and running on another server. We simply restore your VPS instance from the most recent full backup (and all subsequent incremental backups) to a replacement / alternate server and you need not be concerned about what actions are later taken to fix the failed server upon which your VPS was previously running. Your total downtime in such an incident would be based solely upon the amount of data in (i.e. the size of) your VPS, as it takes longer to restore larger amounts of data. Even still, the duration of the outage would be relatively short in comparison to the same for a conventional Dedicated Server.
Ease of Migration
Let's say you have a conventional Dedicated Server as offered by most other hosting providers and you want to increase the size of the server's hard drive, increase the CPU speed, or add more memory. At best, assuming that everything goes smoothly, you can expect 30 minutes or so of downtime to take the server offline and/or off rack, drop in the new CPU / Memory chip(s), and bring the server back online. This assumes of course that the existing server is not already maxed out and therefore cannot be further upgraded. And if all does not go smoothly, or in the case of increasing the hard drive size, you could be looking at several hours of downtime and maybe even a great deal of manual effort to move your hosted site(s) to another server that has the desired CPU / Memory / Hard Drive(s). However our VPS based method of Dedicated Server deployment allows us to simply "push" (i.e. migrate) your VPS instance from the current Dedicated Server to another Dedicated Server that already has the desired resources (i.e. CPU, Memory, Hard Drive) in place – with little (if any) resulting downtime!

Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP)
Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP) is a powerful web-based recovery and administration tool, intended for use by VPS / DDS owners. With VZPP, a user with administrative access to a VPS or DDS can easily perform many critical management tasks:
VPS Start/Stop/Reboot
Start, Stop, Fast Stop, and Restart the VPS.
VPS Services Management
Manage VPS Services and Processes such as stopping an offending task or restarting a service.
VPS Resource Monitoring

Backup and Restore the VPS from a backup including all system and user files.

VPS Based Dynamic Dedicated Server (DDS) Deployment Process
Provisioning
Provisioning of your Dynamic Dedicated Server (DDS) starts with your placing an order from our site for the desired DDS Plan and Dell PowerEdge Server with the specific desired resources (i.e. CPU, Memory, Hard Drives, etc.), as selected during your order.
How to Use
Stock Management
If we do not already have a server in stock that matches (or can be easily altered to match) your server as ordered, then it is immediately ordered from Dell for fastest possible build and delivery. We keep servers coming in from Dell on a monthly basis and the three base server configurations that we offer can be altered to obtain just about any desired setup... so we normally either already have the server on-hand, or it arrives from Dell in about a week.
Staging Server
Regardless of if the server is already on-hand or on-order, prior to the actual Dedicated Server being brought online, we create for you a special VPS on a "staging" server and allocate to this VPS the same amount of Memory and Hard Drive space as will be available on your Dedicated Server once it is online. Being that this VPS is the same that will reside on your actual Dedicated Server, you can begin using the VPS right away, just as you will continue to do once it has been "pushed" to your Dedicated Server.
Schedule Options
It is at this point that we generally like to schedule a brief orientation session with new DDS customers to take place over the phone... just to help them get off to a smooth start. This along with our various support and online resources have proven to be helpful to new users... especially those that may be new to server administration.
Processing
Prior to "pushing" your VPS to the actual Dedicated Server the server must be "imaged" (which is the process of partitioning the hard drives and installing the OS). The process is exactly the same for all servers since most of the software is installed within the VPS that runs on the Dedicated Server... not on the server itself. This allows the VPS to be moved to a different Dedicated Server as needed (see above for details), without concern about compatibility.
Running
Once your actual Dedicated Server has arrived and/or been brought online, we simply "push" your VPS instance over to this server and confirm that the VPS has been allocated 100% of the servers resources and the process has been completed in full.
