About Altitude Servers

Total Control with Flexible System Configurations

Administrative rights to the server will be provided for you to configure the server according to your needs. Just select your preferred operating system and you’re ready to go.

Fully Monitored and Available to use in Hours

Altitude Servers are provisioned, not built, meaning that they’re usually available to use within a few hours but are guaranteed to be delivered within two days, at the very slowest. All servers are monitored 24×7 by bilingual (English / Japanese) operational experts trained in ITIL v3.

  • Note that the minimum contract length is three months.
  • You can choose your data center location, Tokyo or Osaka

Redundant and independent by design, our Datacenters are powered by redundant and separated 400 MW substations. Each sub-station is powered by independent power plants while the Data center has a dedicated, end-to-end concrete reinforced underground electrical feed.

Built to withstand load-increases, our Datacenters utilize a chilled water-cooling system that produces better performance while consuming significantly less energy than conventional air-cooled systems. Additionally, dry pre-action fire suppression system provides fire protection for mission-critical data, while simultaneously preventing accidental water damage.

The minimum contract length is three months.

If a customer’s server fails, JPStream will provide a new server with a fresh OS installation. However, since the data on the server is the responsibility of the customer, JPStream will not be able to recover any lost data. The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Customers may want to utilize JPStream’s external storage solution for their own backups.
