We now accept cryptocurrencies as a modern payment system.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
All payments are due prior to your signup anniversary date. Generally your billing period starts on your signup anniversary date. For each successive period, your contract is renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise (monthly only). Billing period is determined by the billing option you chose at the time of ordering. Your billing period also applies to any additional items and services ordered after the initial activation of you account. Fee for such items and services will be prorated so that the start date matches that of the first domain. For payment, we accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
JPStream invoices exclusively via e-mail. We DO NOT send out invoices.
All invoices opened by JPStream Internet are due
Defaulting on Payment
If payment is not received within the twenty day period from date of invoice, a series of email notifications is sent as a reminder of the outstanding payment. JPStream will give the customer a few more days to settle the account.
Should payment not be forthcoming, the hosting service(s) will be suspended and subsequently terminated. JPStream will accept no responsibility for any loss of data or transactions during this period.
JPStream Internet accept Paypal payment with some restriction.
To pay by using your Paypal account, you must be a Paypal verified user and a JPStream Internet verified client. All Paypal payment from unverified account will be refused.
JPStream do not support Paypal payment charge fees. An additional Paypal fees is charged to your invoice. If you aren’t an Paypal user verified we recommend our customers to use Bitcoin Payment
IMPORTANT NOTICE: EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, ALL PAYMENTS TO JPSTREAM ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
All payments to JPstream are nonrefundable. This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within thirty (30) days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as chargebacks, which, in JPStream’s sole discretion, are invalid under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service.
Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, JPStream offers to its Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on fees for hosting services only (the “30-Day Guarantee”). If for any reason you cancel your account by filling in the account cancellation form and submitting it to JPStream, within thirty (30) days of the beginning of your service, JPStream will refund your money with no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee. If you have ever previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee, your account will be canceled, but no money will be refunded to you.
Please note that the amount refunded to you will be the amount you paid for hosting services only, and will not include any of the following fees:
Setup fees, Add Funds,
Fees for domain name registrations,
Fees charged for exceeding your allotted disk storage space or bandwidth,
SSL certificate fees,
IP Address fees,
Web design fees,
Web site marketing fees,
Any add-on services, features, software, and
The 30-Day Guarantee is subject to all of the following limitations:
Any other fees for services involving a third party.
You are entitled to a maximum of one (1) 30-Day Guarantee.
If you do not cancel your account within thirty (30) days of the beginning of your service, your right to the 30-Day Guarantee shall expire forever and may not be revived under any circumstances, without the prior express written approval of JPStream.
You may not transfer or assign the 30-Day Guarantee to any third party.
You agree that you will not circumvent the restrictions on the 30-Day Guarantee described in this document, or attempt to circumvent those restrictions by any means, including, but not limited to, the following actions:
Creating multiple accounts, using the same customer name or different customer names;
Canceling your account for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund and then registering for a new account;
Organizing multiple business entities or using assumed business names for the purpose of circumventing these restrictions;
Knowingly providing false or misleading information when you register for your account; or
Requesting a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee at any time after you have already received a refund under that guarantee.
If you violate any provision of any of the following policies of JPStream, you will not be eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee:
Terms of Service (TOS);
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP); or
No-Spam Policy (NSP).
Dedicated Servers, Xen Servers, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dynamic Dedicated Servers (DDS) setup fees and management services attached are not covered by the 30-Day Guarantee.
Dedicated Servers, Xen Servers and Dynamic Dedicated Servers Cancellation request: A setup fee ¥ 20000 is charged to disconnect the server from our rack.
Changes to your service, including, but not limited to, adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan you have do NOT make you eligible for an additional 30-Day Guarantee. The 30-Day Guarantee applies to your first order of Web hosting services from JPstream and does not apply to any changes to your service at any time.
To Cancel Your Account
Any request for cancellation must be received via your customer portal and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.
You may use any of following methods to deliver a written notice of cancellation:

Setup fees, when applicable, are non-refundable. You are obligated to pay for your account even if you do not use it. Because we have provided you with usernames, passwords, DNS entries, and an IP address, you have the ability to use your account. The fact that you do not do so is not relevant – you are still obligated to pay for the account. Even an unused account uses valuable system resources that could be used for other customers. If you have a past-due balance on your account at the time the account is closed (either by your request or due to non-payment), the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of when the account is closed. If we do not receive payment on the remaining balance in that time, we will begin efforts to collect any fees owed. We apply a ¥ 2000 collection fee to cover our costs in attempting to collect your debt. If our internal collection efforts fail, we reserve the right to turn the account over to a 3rd-party (either collections agency or attorney) for further action. We also reserve the right to report your unpaid balance to credit reporting agencies.
If client disputes justified charges by provider on his credit card, provider has the right to charge a ¥ 5000 administration fee in addition to the regular suspension charge of ¥ 2500 and immediately discontinue service.
